Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Europe.

Non-UK mainland may incur a reasonable delivery charge and we can also deliver outside Europe at a further surcharge. Please call us on 01608 682 963 and we will work with you to find the best and most cost effective way to get your order to the place of your choice.

How does it work?

Prior to delivery, we will contact you to arrange an estimated time and date for delivery.

When we deliver, we’ll assemble your purchases for you, in situ, so you can start enjoying them straight away! We'll even take away all the packaging for recycling or re-use at no extra charge to you.

What are the time scales?

We will normally send your order within 15 working days. If you would like your purchases to be later than this, just let us know at the time of order. You can also delay your delivery dates at no extra charge, providing you let us know at least 24 hours before the previously agreed delivery date.

Sometimes events beyond our control prevent us from delivering within 15 working days, and if this is the case, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We’ll even hold our hands up to the odd occasion when we’re at fault for delaying an order (though this doesn’t happen often!).

If the goods you want are not in stock we will let you know and give you the option to cancel or to hold your order until the stock arrives. If this is the case, we will not charge you until the order is despatched. Occasionally, your delivery may be made in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You won't be charged for additional deliveries.

Our Guarantee

Please check your purchases carefully on delivery. We will replace any goods that are damaged or faulty.

Our manufacturing guarantee applies to all our products, to the original purchaser, against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from the date of purchase. The 3 year guarantee excludes natural features of the wood, damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse or normal weathering.

Any other problems with your product will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by personal inspection – with your product repaired, or if we consider it appropriate, fully replaced.
